چکیده
Background: . The goal of this study was to assess ankle and foot functions using clinical examination functional scores after harvesting autogenous peroneus longus tendon graft for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, with a 6 month follow-up period, focus on donor site morbidity. Due the synergistic action brevis, harvest is possible. Material Method: included 45 patients who underwent ACL reconstructionusing autograft endobutton fixation. Donor morbidity tendon-harvesting assessed VAS-FA. Results: Total cases were operated out which 34 male 11 female. Average thickness Peroneus obtained 8.6mm. length harvested in 283mm. None patient had any sign infection or wound dehiscence at site. gait abnormality instability. Our showed progressive increase VAS- FA score 99.71 ± 0.75 months. Conclusion: We found that there no significant worsening function via based overall findings current study. There substantial morbidity, motions comparable those contralateral healthy side.

OBJECTIVES The aim of the study was to evaluate the results of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction using a peroneus longus tendon (PLT) autograft. METHODS The study included 29 patients (27 males, 2 females; mean age 30 years; range 21 to 39 years) who underwent ACL reconstruction using a PLT autograft and interference nail fixation. Fourteen patients (48.3%) also had partial meni...
